Avondale strives to provide customers with a highly responsive claims service experience.

Avondale's risk capital partners contract with Third Party Administrators (TPA's) that vary by policy. The TPA contact can be found on the first page of your Policy Jacket or within your Avondale policy on form: PROP 90 52. Please use the information provided on your policy to report claims to the appointed TPA, who provides 24/7 coverage.
